Tips for Overweight Exercisers

In order to lose weight, it's very important to exercise. Exercise combined with cutting calories is the most successful and healthiest way to lose weight. If you are very overweight, oftentimes exercising can be difficult due to aches and pains that arise in your feet and joints; much of which can be directly related to the burden of the excess weight.
