THE ABSOLUTE BEST Aluminum-Free Natural Deodorant

About 12 years ago, I stopped using antiperspirants because they contain aluminum. If you are not familiar with how aluminum stops you from sweating, I will explain. The aluminum in the anti-perspirant is absorbed through the skin and into your sweat glands where it mixes with water from your cells.
